27th - 30th August 2024

NanoteC'24 will be back at the Institute of Materials, Nantes, France, from 27-30th August 2024
Running since 1998, NanoteC is one of the longest running international nanocarbon conferences in Europe. This year it will be run jointly as a COST Nanospace meeting.

Carbon Science

Through invited keynotes, oral and poster presentations we explore all areas of nanoscale carbon science: nanodiamond, graphene, nanotubes, fullerenes, and more.

Young Scientists

NanoteC is a famously informal conference where discussion and interaction is encouraged.  With typically 80-120 participants from around the world there is plenty of opportunity for new collaborations and carbon friendships.

Fun

Side quests are attributed to the player to make the universe and game more immersive. As seen here from NanoteC last year, where the player throw a ball to another player.

More fun, and green too

And more ! Because a good conference is nothing without its buffet and good French wine. This year's NanoteC will be lean and green as we are able to make it.

Venue

Welcome to Nantes !
Nantes is in the West of France, near to Brittany (30 minutes from the Atlantic coast), about 2 hours from Paris.
It is hosting a free international open-air jazz festival the weekend directly after NanoteC, if you want to extend your stay...
